On 30 March 2026, POLSCA officially commenced its operations. POLSCA is a new operator that integrates the services of Polish ferry companies: Polferries, Unity Line and EuroAfrica on routes between Poland and Sweden. The initiative operates under the joint brand POLSCA Baltic Ferries and aims to strengthen cooperation as well as simplify travel and freight transport across the Baltic Sea.
One of the most important changes is the launch of a unified ticketing system, which allows passengers to easily plan their entire journey in one place – for both passenger travel and freight transport. The offer includes major Swedish ports such as Ystad, Trelleborg, Karlskrona and Nynäshamn, with connections to Świnoujście, Gdańsk and Gdynia. Further development is planned, including a new route between Karlshamn and Gdańsk.
POLSCA has been created to make travel between Poland and Scandinavia easier. The integrated offer provides greater transparency, easier route comparison, improved accessibility and a more user‑friendly booking process. The new initiative is also a step towards strengthening ties between Poland and Scandinavia, both in tourism and business.
